How to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Breadcrumbs account

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Breadcrumbs subscription in a few clicks.

Breadcrumbs offers two paid plans:

  • Pro
  • Enterprise

Note: Upgrade to a yearly plan, and get a 20% discount over the month-by-month fee!

Any changes to your plan can be done from Users Settings > Subscription.

Upgrade your Breadcrumbs account

To upgrade your Breadcrumbs account, navigate to User Settings > Subscription. From this page, choose one of the options and follow the steps to upgrade.

When you upgrade your Breadcrumbs subscription, the system will refund you the prorated amount of money left from your original plan and bill you with the full amount for your new plan. If the refund does not cover the total amount for your new fee, you'll be charged the remaining amount from the credit card on file.

Note: upgrading your subscription will reset your billing day.

Downgrade your Breadcrumbs account

To downgrade your Breadcrumbs account, navigate to Users Settings > Subscription. From this page, choose the plan you wish to subscribe to and follow the steps to downgrade.

When you downgrade your Breadcrumbs subscription, the system will refund you the prorated amount of money left from your original plan and bill you the full amount for your new plan.

Note: downgrading your subscription will reset your billing day.

Cancel your Breadcrumbs account

To cancel your Breadcrumbs account, navigate to Users Settings > Subscription. From this page, you can cancel your subscription to Breadcrumbs.
